How do I use the Poll?

Describes how a meeting Host can set up and give a Poll

NOTE: You must be using Townhall PRO for this feature.

Add a Poll to Your Agenda

  1. First, open an Agenda and click on the "Add Activity+" button.

  2. Next, select Poll from the drop-down list.

  3. Now you will see the settings for the Poll. Here you can edit the title, ask a question, add 2-5 answer options, and set a time limit.

  4. When you are done, click "Save".

Run a Poll during a Meeting

To run the Poll, you will need to "Go Live" as the host of the meeting.

  1. When you are ready to run the Poll, click on the "Play" icon. You can see the results in real-time by clicking the "Show Result" drop down arrow.

  2. Click on the "Stop" icon when you are done giving the Poll. The Poll with automatically close when the scheduled time has passed.
