How do I use Send?

Describes how the Host can Send links to important documents to all attendees, regardless of when they join

Add a Send to Your Agenda

1. First, open an Agenda.
2. Next, click on the "Add Activity+" button.

3. Then select "Send" from the list of activities.

4. Type your message and add a link to your desired content!


Run a Send during a Meeting

  1. First, you will have to "Go Live".

  2. When you are ready to run the Send, click on the "Play" icon. You can see the results in real-time by clicking the "Show Result" drop down arrow.

    Since Send does not have a time limit, it allows the Host to distribute important links to ALL attendees! Even if someone joins late, they will receive the information with Townhall's unique Send activity.
