There are two ways to add Townhall: (1) during a Zoom meeting and (2) through the Zoom Marketplace.
Open Townhall During a Zoom Meeting
You can add the Townhall Zoom App right in the Zoom meeting window.
First, make sure you are logged into Zoom. Click on your profile or on the Zoom.us menu and make sure you are logged in. If the "Sign In" menu button is active, complete the sign in process.
Click on the "Apps" button on the Zoom toolbar. If you don’t see that item on your toolbar, you may need to update your Zoom client to the most recent version: https://zoom.us/download#client_4meeting
The Zoom Apps window will appear and you can search for "Townhall" by clicking on the search icon 🔍
Click on the "Add" button and follow the on-screen instructions.
If you still cannot find Zoom Apps it may be disabled, so contact your Administrator.
Add Townhall from the Zoom Marketplace
Go to the Zoom Marketplace
Search for Townhall in upper right search field
Click on the "Add" button (or sign in to add) and follow the instructions.
The next time you open a Zoom meeting:

The Zoom Apps window will appear. Select the "My Apps" tab and you should see Townhall in the list.
Click on Townhall to open the app.
